• If You Plan to Replace Your Deck Stairs.  You must get a permit from the City of Lewes Building Permits at Lewes Building Permits  A blueprint with your unit number is required.  Contact Amanda Tesoro

  amanda@elementdg.com at Element Design Group to get the blueprint updated.  There is a fee of $250 for each blueprint. The City will also require an inspection after construction.

  • Port Lewes Stairs & Optional Sand Deck Blueprint Council recommends constructing a Sand Deck separately.
